These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you, the client, and itsLilyKitty ("we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of our website, products, and services ("Services"). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms.
GDPR Privacy Policy
To be able to send the package, we ask for the legal name and address of the client.
Data is kept for a maximum of 3 years after the last commission or purchase.
Data can be removed at the request of the client after the commission or purchase has been delivered.
Data will NEVER be sold, not even for commercial purposes.
Data can only be viewed by itsLilyKitty. The client can view their own data on request.
By commissioning me, itsLilyKitty, you as the client agree to these Terms of service.

Use of the Services
You may only use our Services for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Services for the following:
a. Violating any applicable laws, regulations, or industry standards;
b. Infringing on the rights of third parties, including intellectual property rights;
c. Providing false or misleading information;
d. Transmitting spam, viruses, or other harmful code;
e. Providing content that is obscene, offensive, threatening, intimidating, or discriminatory;
f. Disrupting the normal functioning of the Services or interfering with the access of others to the Services.
g. We retain the rights to all our works.
h. The client may NOT use the works commercially, unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.
I. The signed signature on the drawings may NOT be removed, unless agreed upon otherwise in advance
J. The artist has the right to refuse a commission request.

Orders and Payments
a. When you place an order on our website, you agree to pay the full amount of the order, including any applicable taxes and shipping fees.
b. We accept payment through Mollie (bankcontact or PayPal). We reserve the right to refuse any payment or order for any reason.
c. We reserve the right to cancel any order or sale for any reason, including but not limited to pricing errors, inventory issues, or suspected fraud.

Shipping and Returns
a. We will ship your order within 3 business days (our business days are Wednesday, Thursday and Friday) after receiving payment, unless otherwise specified.
b. Every sticker is carefully packaged. We are not responsible for any delays or damages caused by the shipping carrier.
c. Orders are final and cannot be returned.
d. If the package does not arrive within 6 weeks after shipping, contact us.
e. We only sell to customers within the EU.
f. Shipping location: Belgium
g. There is a standard flat shipping fee of €1,49 for orders under €11,99.

We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of the content on our website or the Services we provide. We provide the Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any disputes arising from or related to them will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium. Only the corporate court of Leuven, Belgium is competent for all legal disputes.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Services after such modifications constitutes your agreement to the revised Terms.
